EC Network has accepted complaints from both domestic and international consumers since our establishment. Our advisors will assist you toward effective resolution and reply to your designated email address. There is no charge for this service. Please note that we do not accept telephone counseling.

Our experienced advisors have dealt with various trouble cases for several years. We truly hope that our advice will be helpful for consumers even though we have no legal force to settle disputes. Depending on the nature of the case, we may act as an intermediary between a complainant and the other party and contact the other party to seek a proper response from the party. EC Network discloses information as study cases in anonymous form without disclosing any personal information.
